Siddarth Mathew Jacob is the Founder and Managing Director of NOVARK Ventures LLP. He leads the company’s international trade, procurement, and sourcing operations, connecting overseas buyers with verified Indian manufacturers and suppliers.
With experience in cross-border trade, operations management, and industrial sourcing, Siddarth founded NOVARK to make sourcing from India more direct and transparent. The company works with buyers across South Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, helping them identify suppliers and manage the procurement and export process.
He oversees supplier relationships, quality checks, and export operations from India, covering agricultural commodities, machinery, construction materials, textiles, and FMCG products.
Boney Shajan serves as Director – GCC Markets at NOVARK Ventures LLP, managing commercial partnerships, regional business development, and client relationships across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and the wider Gulf region.
With a focus on GCC trade and cross-border procurement, Boney works with wholesale distributors, infrastructure companies, retail networks, and hospitality groups sourcing products directly from verified Indian manufacturers.
He manages regional client relationships, commercial negotiations, and coordination between Indian manufacturers and GCC buyers, supporting product sourcing, quality checks, shipping arrangements, and export documentation.
